Heya,
Make sure origin is closed.
Navigate to your Origin program file location, commonly found here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin
Delete the igo64.dll file.
Now test the game.

Does that disable the overlay? If that so, I think It's a no go for me, I still need overlay to report cheater sometime. But weird, why It's acting like that with DX11, why don't they fix this mouse input problem.

From my experience Future Frame Rendering barely adds any input lag BUT greatly increases FPS. More FPS also results in less input lag. Also, make sure to disable post processing and anti-aliasing, these affect input lag as well.
I'm on Windows 10, i7-4790K + GTX1080ti and personally play with DX11, get 60-80 FPS and have very small input lag. As for micro stutters, I sometimes get them too even on DX11 and best way to get rid of them is to reboot the system before playing and disable everything unrelated to game, really helps for smoothest experience.

Man, this broken game tho, Post Processing and AA really don't cause input lag, It's just some how related to the way DX11 work, I hope this problem fixed in BF 2042, for now I stay with DX12 in BF V, It has micro stutter but the problem gone after few match or few second after new match began.
I try everything, what I mention I try disable/enable but It still there, framerate isn't a problem because It stay aroujnd 7x-8x, this mouse input lag happen when I try move my mouse as fast as possible then the input lag happen, the crosshair or scope It drift away.
