i need to unlink my ea account from my steam, because i forget anything about my EA account, i have contacted ea help, but no respon from they, what i must to do??

Hi @fanjinugraha If you can't unlink it yourself through your EA account then it is something you'll need to work with EA Help for assistance with.
Have you had any emails to your linked email account in response to your case? If you can access your EA account on the EA Help site still, you should also see messages under 'My Cases'. The reason I ask is because they will most likely be in touch to ask you questions to confirm that you're the owner of the account.
