What exactly is the message you're seeing when you try to connect?

I'd like you to try clearing your alternate MAC address with these steps:
- Go to your Xbox One Settings (Just press Start, then click Settings)
- Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
- Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"
Your Xbox will restart now. Try again and let me know if you can connect or not.

I got in contact with EA support and did everything they told that includes clearing alternate mac and nothing worked im about to uninstall ot and reinstall it and hopefully that does something
- 6 years ago@EA_Aljo I have tried clearing the alternative Mac address, I can't get online either and I have follwed all the power cycling guides, my account is not banned I have active Xbox subscription and there are no network outages here my Xbox is online Console still failing to connect to servers for the past 10 hours now

Yes me too started last night when I logged on to download the new patch have not been able to get on.
1. Power cycled modem, router, and xbox
2. Changed xbox DNS settings to google (8.8.8.8. 8.8.4.4)
3.The following ports are open on my Xbox
TCP: 53, 80, 3074, 1863
UDP: 53, 88, 500, 3074, 3544, 4500, 1863
4. I have ran and OU trace to all results came back healthy
East Coast: 159.153.92.28
West Coast: 159.153.68.252
Europe: 159.153.72.252
I can connect to all other services and games, I am experiencing no network issues except with BFV. All other games and streaming services are healthy.
