K31 Weapon Mastery I missing after reaching weapon level 10

Platform: PC Steam
Game: Battlefield V
My K31 rifle has reached weapon level 10, but Weapon Mastery I never unlocked. I completed a full co-op match and stayed on the result screen. I tried verifying Steam game files, clearing EA App cache, restarting the game and PC many times. The mastery assignment still does not show up in my task list. I have screenshots showing my K31 level and missing mastery task. Please help check my account progress and fix this bug.
Nobody on the EA forums can assist you with account-related issues, not even the community managers CSOFARAWAY. Your only option is to talk to EA Support, as they are the only ones who can assist you with the issue.
