Keeps telling me to upgrade even though im playing through gamepass

Recently installed Battlefield 5 to play with my friends through gamepass ultimate. after installing and trying to play multiplayer it says that i have to upgrade in order to play. i tried everything and even went through xbox support for 3-4 hours maybe more without anything working. I dont know what to do at this point

    @radergamer Does the message mention a trial status? If it does then Xbox support should be able to remove that from you account. You could also try contacting EA Help in case they can fix it for you.
