M28 con tromboncino; can't change firing mode before reloading

Like the subject says, you can't switch between firing modes before the weapon is completely reloaded. This gun is a nice addition to the medic class, in my opinion the grenade launcher should do a ...

I haven't tried switching firing modes while reloading but the fourth specialization (on the right side) increases the amount of direct Damage you can do to vehicles at the expense of blast radius. At 15 damage without it, I think it's pretty balanced
