Hey I hit level 20 on support and the MG 42 says available next round and I have played 6 matches and still haven’t gotten it what do I do

However, if those do not work, you will need to visit https://help.ea.com and open a support case.
Just to let you know, missing items cannot be granted through these forums, as nobody has access to game accounts for security reasons.
