If they're not in the Armory waiting to be claimed, you can try the suggestions in the "Item Acquisition" section of the BFV FAQ:

However, if those do not work either, you will need to visit help.ea.com and open a support case. The steps you would need for this are:
- Select the menu at the top and then the "See All" option next to "Help by Game".
- Search for Battlefield V or select it from the tiles.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and select the "Contact Us" option at the bottom.
- Follow the on-screen prompts from there.Jist to mention it, unfortunately missing items cannot be granted through these forums, as nobody has access to game accounts for security reasons.
