Missing mastery assignment

Sorry to hear that WanAndi​, but there's not much advice we can give other than to try again. EA Help are the only people who can add missing items to accounts, unless Dice were to push out an update. However, considering how long this bug has been present, I don't think that's likely to happen. 

I’m having the same problem. I talked to EA Support and they told me there’s nothing they can do other than pass the issue to the devs. Two weeks later, the case was marked as closed, yet the problem remains unsolved. 

I talked to them, and  they said there are technical issues on their end, so they couldn't retrieve it
