My battlefield 5 is launching in offline and it's making me select brightness and audio input. I've got help from support but it doesn't fix it, every single time we get to the "restart" your pc part...

For items not saving it means there is a program that is most likely blocking BFV from saving in your Document folder. Do you use one drive /google drive?
