My game opens but crashes before it gets into the main menu

I have gotten EA play on steam and the EA play platform it self tried downloading the game on both platforms nothing is working.

i hear the game music when it launches but before it gets to the main menu the BFV logo top right freezes and then my game just exits. is there any way to fix this?
