I have also come across this problem, it seems to be only happening to people who had more then 5 kills when it was still 20 and it auto completed after the patch, went into multiple matches and got a single kill finishing it multiple times, (it gave the 30k xp each time also) and still no tank to show for it. Yet my friend who hadnt started the objective yet to get the 5 kills did his today also but got his tank, so whatever happened when they patched it and made it auto complete for people already working on it is what screwed it up.
I've finished it as well was at 15 kills dont have the tank even though it says it was delivered to my armory, my friend that I was working alongside for the mission was at 18 when the made the change down to 5 and he has the tank... seems this issue is happening across all platforms
Same problem on Xbox One. Yesterday I kill the last 2 enemies, got message in game that final achievement was completed, but no shipment or in tank list.
Ps4 here finished everything and still no tank..☹️
