Tech support strategy seems to be this: waste 30-45 minutes of your time and then give you a non-solution, with a smile, of course. If anyone can tell me how these instructions can fix the Selbstlader 1906 xp problem, i will give you a medal. Here's what they gave me- and i feel sorry for the poor sap who knows nothing about computers and follows these instructions to the letter:

how in the world clearing chrome cache would resolve that bug ???
it would do absolutely nothing....and if i had followed those service-disabling instructions, i would have disabled at least a dozen critical services which have zilch to do with one single malfunctioning BF5 weapon- especially when considering that all the others level up just fine. I still cant believe that it was even suggested as a fix.
i guess its because the EA 1st level support have no idea how to deal with people who ask to solve a problem that they cant solve.
So they just put out something to keep the customer busy.....
