@Lie-Heishe Unfortunately all you can do is to try again with EA Help in the same way you have been. However, if they don't see the coins missing on your account then they won't be able to award them.
For clarity: there is regrettably nobody here who can access your game account, so the only advice anyone can really offer is to either persevere with the EA support team or earn them in different ways and spend wisely until a balance has been built up.

I understand what you are talking about, I just wanted to find out a way, or rather convey my problem to support. Maybe, based on your experience, there is something worth mentioning to them without fail 🙂
