I went to the Amory just to doublecheck and it appears the Ch.4 Booster just contains an Allied skin.
Sturmwulf should be added to the rotation sometime in the near future, please be patient. if you're able to get it with CC it should cost about 15,000 but seeing as how there is more detail in this skin, I assume it'll set you back 750 Boins.
