  • Hello @assaixa,

Try the following steps for a possible fix.

    1. Verify Game Files on Steam:

    • Open Steam and go to your Library.
    • Right-click on the game that’s giving you trouble and select Properties.
    • Go to the Local Files tab and click on Verify Integrity of Game Files.
    • This will check for any missing or corrupted files and fix them.

    2. Link Steam and EA Accounts:

    • Ensure that your Steam account is linked to your EA account. You can do this by:
      • Opening the EA app and logging in.
      • Going to Settings > Linked Accounts and linking your Steam account.

    3. Check EA App for Game Ownership:

    • Open the EA app and check if the game appears in your library. If it doesn’t:
      • Make sure you are logged in to the correct EA account.
      • Sometimes, EA games purchased on Steam are only accessible through the EA app.

    4. Install EA Desktop App:

    • If you haven't already, make sure you have the EA app installed on your computer. You can download it from the EA website.

    5. Launch from EA App:

    • Try launching the game directly from the EA app instead of Steam. This sometimes resolves issues related to launching.

    6. Reinstall the Game:

    • If the above steps don’t work, you may need to uninstall and then reinstall the game on Steam. Ensure you back up any save files if needed.

    7. Check for Updates:

    • Make sure both Steam and the EA app are up to date. Updates can often fix bugs and compatibility issues.

    8. Firewall/Antivirus Settings:

    • Check if your firewall or antivirus software is blocking the EA app or Steam. You might need to add them to the exceptions list.

    9. Contact Support:

    • If none of these steps work, consider reaching out to EA Support or Steam Support for further assistance. They may have specific solutions for your situation.

    Best regards,
