Yes, this is a bug.
There is this sticky topic:

Which worked before 6.2 patch was play practice vs players until weapon ranked again. Don't stop in between.

Personally I would try practice vs players , if not working wait till Tuesday next week as a new patch will be released.

    (After I entered the current patch role, this should have resolved "Unable to extract your report" in most cases.

    This will also generate knocks. You should get rewards immediately after playing one or two rounds, and you should guarantee everything you have in common.

    Keep the topic open and see if there are any issues reported. )

    What does it mean? Waiting for the next patch job right?
