This is a Bug at the moment.

There is a way to fix this, if you'd like to try:

1. Go to Documents ---> Battlefield V 

2. Open your Settings Folder

3. Create a New Folder on your Desktop, name it whatever you'd like, and move all the files from the Settings Folder in there to your Desktop

4. Go into Origin, and turn off Cloud Saves for Battlefield V

5. Launch Battlefield V, and you can Skip the Prologue

6. Load into Nordlys "All is Ash", and go back to the letter locations that you might be missing

If everything is complete, you can move all the Profsave files back into your Settings folder where they originally were, and turn back on Cloud Saves.
