Re: Dark horizontal bands while playing at 1440p

This happened to me too, 1440 165hz ROG monitor on G-Sync - only really noticeable on snowy maps.

Thought the monitor was defective, but going to window mode and drawing the window around the desktop and the bars move with the game, confirming it a BF5 issue.

I eventually found some info relating to ambient occlusion and you need to change this to another setting, My BF5 won't update at the moment saying files are in use but they're not! so I can't check.

Anyhow try changing it from SSAO to HBAO (or vice-versa) and see if that works for you - it fixed mine.
