@ChadGreedo Thanks for confirming. I think there are posdibly two things at play here which are causing some confusion.

1 - There is an issue at the moment where the wrong reward image is shown on the ToW screen, where the Battlefield Currency (BFC) is shown when the reward is actually Company Coins (CC). This is causing confusion at the moment as people are being awarded the correct currency but think they should be getting another. To confirm, the reward for last week was 1,000CC. If it helps, the weekly reward from ToW is either 100BFC (the premium currency) or 1,000CC (the free, general one). Looking at your screenshots, you do appear to have received 1,000CC at some point, as your balance is 1,750CC.

2 - There might be some general confusion about the currencies. In case it helps to clarify, BFC is normally a currency which you must purchase with real money, whereas CC is free and is awarded in-game for things like reaching a new rank etc.

However, if you are certain that the you did not receive the 1,000CC then you will need to contact EA Help again. Missing items cannot be investigated or granted through the forums as there is no way to confirm account ownership.
