@thottytrick I am not fully sure what you have going on but a few things come to mind on what could be doing it so please give all of this a try.....
EDIT... Also if you run BFV with DXR on turn it off for testing to see if you still get the same issue. Also ingame set your screen to borderless if not done already.
Disable Origin in game:
In Origin - Application settings - Origin in Game - disable Origin in game
Origin Cloud Storage turn it off

Try a clean boot : run a Clean Boot: https://support.microsoft.com/en-ca/kb/929135 >This should ensure that no programs are interfering in the background.
