Response from EA please - RE: tickets submitted to EAHelp.com

Can I get a response from someone at EA regarding my multiple reports of hackers? I've gone through the official help at https://help.ea.com/en/help-home/?r=1EAhelp.com by creating tickets, each one ...

We cannot assist with cases like this on the forums, nor are we able to discuss or provide any additional information about reports, sorry.

You're welcome to continue sending in reports using the webform here under the Other Options > EA Help section, but if the outcome is not as you'd hoped for a particular report we wouldn't be able to change that or provide additional detail aside from what was mentioned in the examples you've provided here.

You're welcome to re-submit the report, but that's not something we can assist with or look into here, thanks!
