Says I only have trial version
I have the full game but every time I try to play multiplayer it says I only have the trial version of the game?

Your account most likely has a trial marker assigned. It's a problem that's come up a few times in the past, if you wanted to search for other posts here for reference.
As EA_mplsnow said, it's something that Xbox Support or EA Help will need to help you with, ao it'd be worth getting in touch with them.
