Selbstlader 1906 does not spot enemy when hit

I'm also experiencing this issue on PC with the Selbstlader 1906.

The EAGLE EYED TRAIT ("You spot enemies when you shoot them") for the SNIPER COMBAT ROLE is not working.

All other weapons I have tried behave as expected. The trait only seems disabled for this new item.

    Confirming that this issue is still unresolved.after the most recent patches in February
