The bug happens because Selbstlader 1906 is incorrectly set as a Semi-Auto Rifle instead of as a Self-loading Rifle.
This can be seen inside the game via Profile -> Statistics -> Weapons, where S1906 shows up as a Semi-Auto Rifle.
The solution is for a developer to set Selbstlader 1906 as a Self-loading Rifle.
