Servers are (almost) unplayable: lag + stuttering

Event Viewer> Windows logs > Application. 

Should look on the window on the right hand side and see Level, Date and Time, Source

    Thank you very much. No EAAC/Javelin errors on my end despite experiencing the stutters.
