How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Equip and use the Sjogren shotgun with iron sights and slug round upgrade. ADS on an enemy at least about 15-20 meters out. Longer distances would make it more noticeable.
What happens when the bug occurs? The shot will shoot higher than the tip of the iron sight.
What should be happening instead? It should shoot right where the top tip of the iron sight is aiming at.
The Sjogren shotgun with the slug round shoots noticeably above the iron sight when you ADS with it. At point blank range, you won't notice. But if you step back 15 or so meters, it's off axis. It will shoot higher than the tip of the iron sight. So, the Y-axis of the actual shot placement needs to drop.
