This is a somewhat common issue and it's seemingly due to a trial marker being on either the EA or Xbox account. Unfortunately, though, as it's an account issue, it's something EA Help or Xbox Support will need to help with.
In this case, try contacting EA Help via https://help.ea.com and if they confirm it's not on their end, contact Xbox Support through https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/contact-us .
