Tactical Conquest servers are not spinning up in North America.

For the last couple of weeks, tactical servers are not spinning up in North America.  I can start a tactical server community game but can't get a normal DICE server to start.  When going into PLAY>M...

Tactical Conquest servers are still broken.   I'm on the east coast in North America.  Currently as I post there are no [DICE] tactical conquest servers in North America.  When I hit PLAY in the Multiplayer>Tactical Conquest menu, it should start an empty server an put me on it.  I just tried it and I was placed into a 24/7 Operation Underground server in Japan.  Please fix this.
