The Mastery and Proficiency Assignments aren't appearing either because of this bug.

If you're at max rank for the weapon and cannot get the assignments please contact our Live-Support team so they can look into that for you.
@EA_Blueberry The Tromboncino is tied to the Commando Carbine for some reason. I checked and it matched my level exactly. Someone else verified it with their same level and XP amount to next level.
