Same to me, on PS4. Pretty anoying. And my silent carabine is rank 10 and all mastery assignment are done, so without a fix, there's no way i get new skin foe the M28.

OK if you started at level 9 or below on the Tromboncino, unlocking the next level will unlock all of the respective predator skins. I believe that the Proficiency and Mastery assignments will also unlock if you reach the next level, so long as you reach level 5 and 10, respectively. If you started at level 10 because your Commando Carbine was also at level 10, then you may have to call support.
