UK servers suddenly unavailable

Product: Battlefield V
Platform:PC

AMD or Nvidia Model Number GTX 1080

Which part of the game is the issue happening in? Game Menu
In which game menu were you when the bug occurred? Advanced server
Please select your region Europe
On which server did this happen? N/A
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) Since 16.04.19
Summarize your bug I suddenly cannot find any UK servers. Everything was fine 2 days ago and I can’t see that anything has changed. I have tried removing all filters in the advanced server menu. Joining via quick match still puts me in a Germany server. Completed factory reset of router, checked all possible network settings, DNS, ports etc. Nothing has worked.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure - happy to provide any info you need.
What happens when the bug occurs? All of the lowest ping servers shown are in germany. No Uk servers show anywhere.
What should be happening instead? I should be able to see and join UK servers

    Erm... ok.

    so why are there none showing up in advanced server menu?

    i don’t think this reply is helpful at all.

    Only German servers will show up in the advanced filter for the European region.

    So to clarify, all UK servers have been removed from the game?

    For what reason? Where was the communication about this happening?

    Hi, will the UK servers return in the future?

    @m1kebfv the stated reason was the improve matchmaking times. Central US servers were also removed for the same reason.
