Do you have any non official cable plugged in your console? Sometimes cables are broken and cause bugs.
I had a simulair problem on the ps4. It was my non official cable that caused bugs.
And the controllers you used to test , are they all old? If controllers are old they get issues with not responding correctly.

Hey @mikekiller-46 thanks for the reply. I have used brand new official microsoft controllers as well as licenced controllers to no avail. As for cables I only use it to charge the battery pack in my newest controller, if you mean network cables I have tried both cat5 and cat6 and even tried wifi thats how bad the problem is. Happened every second gunfight in my last game

It also could be a cable that charges you headset. Don’t know if you use that? But i search further to see if thers is a solution for this 🙂
