The Battlefield team is currently tracking issues where some weapon skins aren't saving and changing loadouts. I merged a few posts of yours together into one so we can gather information in one spot.
If you come across a specific weapon skin that is either not saving (reverting to a different skin) and/or changing the loadout/weapon customization, please list the weapon skin below so we can add that to the list.

Countryside Suomi skin. Same problem as others. I can save it in game menu but it keep reseting when I join on server. PC platform.
