What should I do if my steam account is connected to someone else's Ea account?

My steam account was hacked, and then the hacker linked my steam account to the hacker's EA account. I cannot use my own EA account to play any games. I have asked the customer service staff, but there is no solution. How should I solve it? I have no way to authenticate @@@@!!!!!!
