Where is my games?
I lost the games battlefield 1 and 5 from my origin account, how do I get them back?

If you're certain you're signed into the correct account but aren't seeing some of your games, it may help to try clearing the cache in the EA app just to make sure it's not a display issue within the app.
If you're still running into the same issue afterwards, our support may need to take a look at the account to verify those particular games and see what options are available to help out. You can hit the Contact us option at the bottom of this page if the other steps haven't done the trick, and you'll be taken to create a case so the support team can check into this with you further.
