Why BF5 not linked to my account?

Hi, it is not possible for me to post in Battlefield V - PC Community forum, someone said its because i dont own the game? Why is it not linked to my account?  I've been playing it for a month or so...

    @MatG-DK We tried a couple of things on our side, could you try to log in and out a couple of times?

I have been logging out and in several times. Using different computers, different browsers and my smartphone. With no luck..
Sorry, but i dont think it's in my end the problem is..?

    You've been logging in and out several times since I posted my message where I said that we made some changes on our side? 🙂
