Will not load me says i need to renew EA access even though i have never had it.

Summarize your bug When I go to load the game it says EA acces needs to be renewed I never had ea access ever i own the game outright. So it will not even load me in.

*Update* I uninstalled the game went to reinstall and now it says I don't own the game and never owned the game and that I need to purchase Battlwfield five again. Before it told me my Ea access needed to be renewed, like I said never had access ever.
