Dumb question but did you confirm your controller batteries were good?

Again, The vibration works fine during Conquest but not for any mode in Grand Operations. My batteries are fully charged.

It even happens on a different console with different controller...so along with deleting the cloud save not fixing it, then that tells us it is some kind of issue with the server side related to my profile.
