Unfortunately the problem still persists for me after latest patch, after deleting MAC address and save file from console and cloud.
i sure hope this can be fixed soon because I just can't play without controller rumble so I am avoiding Operations for now and sticking with Conquest where vibration works. I'm dying to play Grand Ops!
@EA_Blueberry Is there any way we can get confirmation that the Dev team is aware and looking into this?

I am having the same issue. Vibration works in literally every other game mode except grand operations. Please tell me there is an update to fix this in the works.
