Thank you for letting us know you're still getting an error message after a power cycle. If you have a physical disc copy of the game, the team is aware of those players still experiencing this and investigating.
I'm relaying the information I just posted over here as well.
We'll need to gather the following information for the Battlefield team:
- Gamertag/PSN ID
- Platform (Xbox/PlayStation)
- Physical or digital copy and is it Standard or Deluxe?
- Do you have EA Access?
- Are you game sharing at all? Does it work if you disable game sharing?
- Confirm you've power cycled the console (Yes/No)
