I tried the trial verson then I went and bought the disk and when I downloaded it it says am still a trial member I tryed everything redownload it,restart the xbox and I hard restart and it still wont work

      I understand stand many of you already powercycled your console last night or about 3+ hours ago. A patch went live and a power cycle should fix this, make sure you have the patch downloaded and perform a power cycle.

      Let us know if it helps or doesn't help you get in after trying it right now.

      How to power cycle your Xbox console:

      1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button  on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
      2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

      Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

      1. Plug the console power cable back in.
      2. Press the Xbox button  on your console to turn on the Xbox One.
