You have lost connection to the ea servers.

Hello all,

I try to play bf5 after a long time and when I login back my account I need to redo the tutorial, adjust your brightness and I think I have lost my progress but this is not only it.

I have found out that I cannot connect to the EA server(it is shown in the game), which have never been like that before.  My PC is a wired station from the router and I have good internet connection when I try to launch the game.  I have no idea what happened and how to fix.

Please help.

    For more information, I have tried to download bf4 too and it works, it can at least connect to the ea server and I can join a game and play for a while at least but it is not working for bf5
