What are Train Deliveries, and how do I complete them?

Train Deliveries are requests from Mass Transit HQ to transport Passengers and Cargo. They appear in the unlocked delivery slots. Slots are unlocked permanently by reaching specific Mass Transit Ranks or by purchasing an extra delivery slot that stays unlocked until the current train season ends. Active deliveries are visible in Mass Transit HQ as well as in the Train Station view. Use the arrows in the train station to choose the delivery you want — only the selected delivery will be filled when you dispatch the train.

Complete deliveries by sending the required items or passengers using the right train cars. Some deliveries also require a specific train. Completing Train Deliveries will give you rewards, including Train Pass & Mass Transit points. Train Pass points are used to progress in the Train Pass, and Mass Transit points are used to increase your Mass Transit rank. When a delivery is complete, it becomes claimable on the left side. You must claim the rewards before starting a new job in that slot.
