Ultimate Team- Not getting SOTW Challenge Token

I completed all of my SOTW challenges and should’ve received 2 tokens to upgrade Nic Scourton. After completing and getting 3 stars (maximum amount). I only received one token to upgrade him. Not sure why i didn’t receive both but i’ve completed the challenges fully. 

Same thing happened to me on Xbox. Sent out a topic as well. Hopefully this gets resolved soon

Same bug here. I even went to the next tier hoping it would appear but still no 3rd SoTW Token

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? i guess see if you guys get the token at 60 stars.
What happens when the bug occurs? the token isnt awarded.
What do you expect to see? I expect the token... maybe a quicksell too for reporting it... i really just want the token.

I had 57 stars in SoTW in ultimate team.  I completed the 3 stars that EA just recently added in the American/Big 12 conference section and i receved the coin rewards but did not get the SoTW upgrade token.  I thought maybe those three stars were not coded to count or something but it shows I earned 60 stars.  Im now at 63 stars and the SoTW token still hasnt appeared.   

Please fix this bug and award the players who have atleast 60 stars the token.

i guess it was never intended to give all 4 tokens after 30 games. i am pretty sure that there are 10 more games next week and the last token is given for 120 stars.

"Upgrade your Nic Scourton all the way to 84 OVR!"  Is what the headline says. I've completed 90/90 Stars for the Conference stories Challenges but I've only received 2 upgrade tokens. I was awarded a token at 30/90 as well as 90/90 but I have not received my 60/90 Stars SoTw tokens reward. 

I've closed the game, reset my console and waited hours and i still didn't get it. My free Nic Scourton is stuck at 83. Don't make this mode worse for free to play players than it already is. This needs to be fixed immediately 

Up until yesterday my SOTW challenges were glitched. I only had 9 available challenges in the first group, making me stuck at 57/60. When yesterday’s new challenges dropped I got the 10th challenge for the 1st group. I completed that challenge to get to 60/60 and I completed the new challenges to get to 90/90. I should’ve received 2 SOTW tokens to upgrade my SOTW player, but I only received 1. 

Also, I signed up for EAPlay,, which says you get a pack each month, but I have not received a pack for July. 

Same. I received the 30/90 token and the 90/90 token, but not the 60/90 token. Scourton stuck at 83.

Fix this issue EA

Can you take some time to fix your game ea. Stop adding cards to ultimate team, take a second to fix it ..... I'm still missing a SoTw token for nic Scourton. Get off your lazy *
