Can somebody please tell me why I can't export a RTG Player to Madden 25?

When I try to export a RTG player it keeps saying "can not export the player" I have successfully exported 1 player and now this...so frustrating

    Go all the way to the main menu and make sure you’re signed into EA on both games and it should let you do it when you go back.

    What do i do when I import my player into madden and it flags me for inappropriate name and then only spams that response and then I have to close my game to be able to do anything

    Whenever I leave madden it signs me out so when I got back to cfb it says I can’t export it
