College football graphics

do you have a slim as well? 

I just got a ps5 and this game for my birthday, the first three weeks i played it on a 1080p tv loved thought the graphics look great for 1080p. But got home a week ago to my 4k tv was so excited to see how get it looked with 4k graphics and to say im disappointed is an understatement. Cutscenes look fine but during gameplay it looks blurry, lower than 4k quality at times and almost like its going in and out of focus or maybe even jumping between resolutions. I was convinced it was my settings or tv but tryed every suggested fix and setting to no avail.

things i've tried

reinstalling game

power cycling the ps5 and tv

forcing quality mode

turn off motion blue in the game and console

factory resetting tv

game mode on and off

hdr on and off

forcing 4K output

played around with every tv picture setting
tv set to sports mode

all post processing turned off

After doing all that the issue still persists and is driving me nuts.So im bumping this in hopes it will eventually be fixed or atleast better failing that.

Edit- Just wanted to say the issue is even worse in rain for me.
