CUT Champs wins not counting.

I just got done playing and beating Texxy_-Tw in Champs and the game did NOT log my victory as a win. It was as if the game was never played. Why and how is this happening? Is it the user doing something like cheating because they are an EA employee or contractor? Or is it a bug that still hasn't been fixed, because this is the 3rd time in the last month this has happened?

Please advise how to prevent this from happening again and to get the games I played counted as wins and then credit my account several hundreds of thousands of coins for constant and persistent issue taking my valuable time away from me.
