I have no recieved any of the content for the deluxe edition. Will it be on my account on July 19th when the full game releases?

So in other words if you pre ordered a physical copy of the game and did not install it until the day after official released date then you are screwed out of your pre order content?
Yes this same the happened to me and I feel like the more we address it the more that ea realizes they need to fix this technical issue because that is are extra 30 extra bucks we paid for for that one game.
i was able to get in contact with EA, and they said the game team is currently working on it as it is a known issue. I asked if it was better to refund and buy the standard then go ahead and buy points. I was told to do so as they stated that there is no ETA on when a fix will be out.
I also did not get my pre order bonuses. I pre ordered the Delux version on May 16 through the PlayStation store
