Disabled EA Account still linked to my PSN Account.

I don’t get angry often, but I am angry now. Who within EA made the decision to “disable” an EA account while still having the “disabled” account linked to a console? What kind of logic is that??

I need some serious help on how to resolve this. I can’t be the only person that is having a problem with this. It’s absurd that this is even an issue to begin with.

    Hey @Maudi_S5 

    If you've already reset your EA account password and still see a message about your account being disabled you will need to contact our support. 

    How to use EA Help
     
    1. Go to the EA Help homepage.
    2. Select College Football 25
    3. Select the See all help topics
    4. Select the option I'm looking for something I bought
    5. You should be able to choose from Chat or Email (options can vary)

    i purchased a game and it told me to reset my password, which I have done several times with no luck. I finally logged in to my account today and tried to set my PS5 to be linked with EA. The error told me my account was disabled. I’ve added my phone number, confirmed my email, and reset my password again. How do I fix this? Is there someone I can call?

    This is an absolute shame, I’ve spent hours trying to find a solution, account disabled same as these gentlemen. I had same three month ago when I bought FC24 and I gave up. No one to contact and * feedback, you guys win the prize

    It isn't marked as disabled.  When I open the game on my PS5, it wants to send me a verification code. The email attached to that code is no longer active, so not accessible. I have my new email attached to my EA account, but it still sends the verification to the old email. How can I remove that email?
